  3. Always make sure that when you start frying the chicken piece, the oil is hot enough. You can check the oil heat with a thermometer or put a little piece of chicken in it; if a bubbles appears, then it means the oil is hot enough.
  4. Do not overcrowd the frypan. Always fry chicken cutlets one by one. So, each piece cooks well and gives a crispy texture.
  5. When you coat the chicken, leave it for minutes before frying so the masala and bread crumbs stick to the chicken.

Essential Ingredients:

  1. Chicken thin pieces
  2. 1cup flour
  3. 2eggs
  4. 1 teaspoon salt
  5. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  6. lemon
  7. 1/2 garlic powder or you can also use garlic paste.
  8. Panko Breadcrumbs
  9. Oil for frying (vegetable, canola, olive, or any other choice is yours.

  1. Take fresh or frozen chicken and wash it properly so the impurities will be washed.
  2. Make sure every chicken piece is equally sized and thin.
  3. You can marinate the chicken with lemon and some little species like chili sauce, so chicken cutlets have an extraordinary taste.
  4. Now take 3 bowls; in the first one, put the flour; in the second, add the eggs; and in the third, add Panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Now dip each chicken cutlet in flour first, then into the eggs, and last with panko breadcrumbs. Put them on the side for at least 10 minutes so all the material sticks to the chicken properly.
  6. Put oil in the frypan and heat it over medium heat. You can check the oil temperature with the thermometer or by putting a small piece of chicken in oil so if a bubble appears, the oil is hot enough.
  7. Now oil is the hot, put the chicken cutlets into it, remember do not put the all cutlet one time. Always put one and fry properly so the chicken is cooked.
  8. Fry the cutlet on each side properly until a golden brown color appears.
